Wyoming Was Component in Nikita Casap Terrorism Plot
The following summary was condensed from the timeline that follows on page 2. In February 2025, Nikita Casap, 17 year old from Waukesha County, Wisconsin, killed his parents and plotted to assassinate President Trump using a drone with bomb explosives. For these deaths and crimes Casap conspired online with individuals that he believed are from Ukraine. After his assassination attempt, Casap intended to hide for perhaps “1-2 months” and ultimately move to Ukraine.
After the murder of his parents, Casap went to go and “pick up” the drone and explosive/bomb components via a co-conspirator (“Angel of Death”) whom he had previously arranged to pay with Bitcoin.
Casap murdered his parents in Wisconsin on Feb 11th, and then left his home around 12 days later on Feb 23rd. Casap was in Walcott, Iowa on Feb 24th, and then in Southeast Wyoming on Feb 28th. Sometime in the afternoon of Feb 28th Casap’s parents phoned pinged with cell towers in the area of Laramie, WY. On the evening of Feb 28th Casap was arrested in Wakeeney, Kansas.
Another of Casap’s accomplices (“forest”) coordinated a travel itinerary with Casap, advising he drive from Southeast Wyoming through Kansas to a location near Pumpkin Center, Oklahoma. After Oklahoma, Casap intended to travel to Eureka, California. Casap was concerned on how quickly he could make it to Eureka, California from Oklahoma: “it is 30 hours. You think I’ll have enough time?” (It is probable that Casap intended to hide in Eureka, CA after his Trump assassination attempt.)
Did Trump have a scheduled appearance in Oklahoma? Yes – according to KOCO 5 News Trump was scheduled to attend the 30th Oklahoma Remembrance Day Memorial Ceremony, for the Oklahoma City bombing, on April 19, 2025. For unknown reasons, Trump cancelled his Oklahoma attendance plans around March 26th.
Pumpkin Center is near Lawton, Oklahoma – which is approximately 86 miles from Oklahoma City.
Why would Casap travel to Wyoming from Wisconsin if his primary destination was Oklahoma? It is most likely that Casap traveled to or near Laramie, Wyoming to obtain his drone and bomb-making components from an unknown accomplice.
More importantly, found in the timeline below, Casap speaks of “10 other people” who he believed would carry out “10 consecutive attacks”. It is unknown if Casap’s Wyoming accomplice is involved in the other attacks that Casap referenced.
