What our Wyoming Constitution says about Truth and Morals

1. “Every person may freely speak, write and publish on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right; and in all trials for libel, both civil and criminal, the truth, when published with good intent and [for] justifiable ends, shall be a sufficient defense, the jury having the right to determine the facts and the law, under direction of the court.” Article 1, Section 20.
2. “As the health and morality of the people are essential to their well-being, and to the peace and permanence of the state, it shall be the duty of the legislature to protect and promote these vital interests by such measures for the encouragement of temperance and virtue, and such restrictions upon vice and immorality of every sort, as are deemed necessary to the public welfare.” Article 7, Section 20.

Regarding Proper Terms and Definitions
In my work, it is important that I use proper words, terms and definitions. But I opine that every citizens should follow this common sense practice. As an example, I never refer to the covid jab/injection as a “vaccine”. It is not! It doesn’t even come close to meeting the proper definition of a “vaccine”. It is nothing less than a bio-weapon. As such, I refer to it for what it actually is; a bio-weapon.

Using proper terms and definitions.

Specific Definitions

What is a pervert? How to identify a pervert. Below are definitions from 3 sources. And take notice how Rep Sommers focused on “civility”; which is a synonym for politeness. I think Rep Sommers needs to explain to Wyomingites how to politely call a pervert a pervert. Moreover, as you can see, being civil means nothing to those who promote, support, or practice perversion. Does Rep Sommers really think that referring to perverts politely will really make a difference? What a laugh. Rep Sommers’ call for civility is nothing more than a smoke screen to control the speech of moral individuals who oppose the sexual exploitation of minors. As with reason, logic and common sense, civility means nothing to those who want to destroy America. Here are a couple more examples.

I opine that anyone that has a desire to sexually exploit a minor is a pervert by definition. As I was repeatedly reminded growing up: “If the shoe fits, wear it.” It’s damn time to start using the proper term and words to refer to these people. Do not use new made up fictitious terms that are intended to soften the fact that a pervert is a pervert. I don’t believe all trans individuals have a desire to sexually exploit children. And like gays and lesbians, what an individual chooses to do in the privacy of their own home is their private business. I don’t care if it is a gay, lesbian, heterosexual or trans person; their sexuality doesn’t belong in public school or public libraries. And there is certainly no time or place to sexually exploit any minor. That is why such is a criminal offense. If such individuals want to take their chosen sexuality into public spaces, they can take it to the FOR ADULTS ONLY clubs and establishments. That is why these establishments exist and a reason that laws were passed to put Playboy and Hustler behind the counter.
