Dear Friends,
We have chartered a bus to drive down and back to the Wyoming State Capitol on Tuesday, October 26, for the Special Session. In order to hold the Special Session to pass a ban on vaccine mandates, it will require a 2/3 majority of the legislature to approve the rules of the session. If that threshold is not met, the Special Session will go no further.
It is important for our legislature to see how committed we are to stand against tyranny in any form, medical or otherwise. This is why we are planning this trip – to let our voices and support be heard to stand up against any vaccine mandate.
If you are interested in joining us, it will take a nonrefundable commitment of $25 to hold your place on the bus. The bus holds a maximum of 56 so I will need to hear back from you no later than this Thursday the 21st to reserve a spot.
We will be meeting the bus in a location yet to be determined at 6:15 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26th and will be leaving promptly at 6:30 a.m. Depending on what transpires during the committee of the whole vote (which is tentatively scheduled for 10:00 a.m.), and if the rules are adopted, then we will remain longer to attend the committee hearings where legislators will discuss the bill language.
We will be leaving Cheyenne to return home no later than 6:00 p.m. and arrive back in Casper at 8:30 p.m.
If you are interested, please call Cathy at 307-267-7167 or respond back to this email.
